Learning & Development Specialist (Fluent Korean)

* Partner with the parent company's L&D team to organize onboarding, leadership, language, and technical training programs in Vietnam. * Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communication activities such as team building, contests, and events. * Support employer branding and recruitment communication through university partnerships, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. * Understanding of the IT industry; IT background is a plus. * 3+ years of experience in L&D, Training, HR, or a related field. * Fluent Korean (TOPIK 5 and above) * Energetic, creative, proactive, and strong in communication and event organization.
