Localization Project Manager (Korean Speaker) at TransPerfect, based in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo. Responsibilities include administrative support (email/document organization, data import/export, file maintenance), project management (job placement, budget assignment, vendor identification and negotiation), purchase order creation and delivery oversight, schedule creation and cost tracking, vendor recruitment/engagement/training, translation memory and glossary maintenance, client communication and feedback analysis, compliance investigations, technical issue resolution, and risk prevention. Requirements: fluent Korean and English (verbal and written), strong problem-solving and organizational skills, bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years related experience. Compensation ¥4.0M–4.2M annually plus performance bonus from year 2, full social insurance, transportation allowance up to ¥30,000/month, 15 paid leave days first year. Monday-Friday, 8 hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Fixed-term contract convertible to permanent; work visa sponsorship available.
