Key Responsibilities: Japan Logistics Daily Operations - manage daily logistics operations in Japan and monitor shipment flow and operational status from Japan to SEA and LATAM markets, identify operational issues and coordinate resolution; Vendor Communication & Coordination - maintain daily communication with logistics vendors in Japan, follow up on vendor performance; Internal & Cross-team Coordination - coordinate with the regional logistics team on operational updates, work closely with the JP team; Platform Communication - manage operational announcements and communications to JP sellers and buyers, coordinate with internal teams for timely communication. Requirements: 3+ years experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain operations; basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce and B2C logistics flow (air freight knowledge a plus); experience in daily operations coordination or vendor communication preferred; strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple operational tasks; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; business-level English proficiency required for regional team communication; business-level Korean proficiency preferred for communication with regional teams.
