Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities: - Coordinate domestic and international import shipments - Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of goods in compliance with local regulations - Prepare, review and maintain import/export and customs documentation - coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse - Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and customs-related issues - Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate shipment records, ccd reconciliation report, HS code registration - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements and company policies ​ Requirements: ​ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NERP) and EDI tracking. Strong knowledge of HS code classification and import regulations. Excellent communication skills for dealing with regulatory bodies and brokers.
