Hilton is hiring a Manager, Customer Engagement for Hilton Supply Management (HSM) covering Japan, Korea and Micronesia, based in Tokyo and reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement (HSM) – JKM. The role leads Account Management and Business Development functions for HSM across the region. Account Management (60%): build relationships across ownership, management, and operational levels (AGMs, Owner Representatives, VPs, GMs, Chefs), develop strategic customer account plans, implement AM SOPs, partner with Strategy Planning and Insight teams, drive new revenue opportunities, and establish profitability in new markets. Business Development (20%): generate and manage leads, convert prospects through presentations and contract negotiations, assess market competitiveness across Japan, Korea, Guam and other regions, track activities in Salesforce. Administrative and Support (20%): oversee HSM and client relationships, master regional systems (Salesforce, Check, Birch Street), conduct benchmarking analytics, manage billing cycles. Minimum qualifications: college degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in Account Management or KPI-tracked sales, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), business-level English and native-level Japanese, ability to travel up to 45% within region. Preferred: manager-level experience, start-up or greenfield market experience, Korean language proficiency, hospitality or global corporate experience.
