Key Responsibilities: plan and execute media promotion activities (including terrestrial TV program bookings); coordinate broadcast content, production details, and conditions with stations; build networks and gather information from entertainment industry contacts; handle event bookings (music festivals, TV events, fashion shows); create artist press materials and releases; propose TV program concepts to expand artist visibility. Requirements: high interest in the entertainment industry; deep understanding of the Japanese media environment and industry structure; smooth, equal-level communication with media professionals; promotional material and document creation skills; conversational-level Japanese and Korean (日常会話レベルの日本語および韓国語スキル). Preferred Experience: media relations work in entertainment/media companies; record label or production publicity department experience; business-level Korean or English; high stress tolerance and physical stamina.
