We seek a dynamic, organized self-starter to serve as the first point of contact for Amazon employees and managers via phone, email, and tickets in a Contact Center Environment, providing multi-language capability to internal customers. Key responsibilities: receive and log queries via phone, email or chat into the shared service case management system; resolve queries using FAQs and standard operating procedures, escalating when necessary; own employee contacts ensuring a high degree of customer focus and resolution; identify documentation gaps and service improvement opportunities to increase first-contact resolution; conduct audits and checks on responses and cases to ensure accuracy; communicate effectively in writing and verbally; participate in continuous improvement of HR processes. Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in confidential environments and human resources; fluent in Mandarin and Korean, English is a plus; computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
