Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Korean via chat/email regarding video game products
- Input data into company systems
- Additional duties discussed during interview
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5+ (emphasis on reading comprehension)
- Customer communication ability
- Korean text input capability and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service mindset
