Product Registration Staff — 88Korea (TAM TAM KOREA Co., Ltd.). Location: Floor 5, Richy Building, 35 Mac Thai To Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi. Full-time. Salary 13,500,000 - 16,500,000 VND/month. Experience required: minimum 2 years. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit product registration documents for cosmetics, health supplements and related legal documents per regulations - Coordinate with Vietnamese regulatory agencies (Food Safety Department, Drug Administration, Testing Institutes, Provincial Health Departments) - Review and complete legal documentation from manufacturers (CFS, COA, LOA, GMP, HACCP, ISO certificates) - Collaborate with the translation team on English and Korean documents; ensure consistency - Verify product labels, develop supplementary labels, review product information per legal requirements - Coordinate with marketing on advertising content and compliance - Manage file storage, track processing timelines, monitor license validity periods Required Qualifications: - University degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Law, Quality Management or a related field - Minimum 2 years in Regulatory Affairs or product legal compliance - Experience with cosmetic, health supplement or functional food registrations preferred - Understanding of Vietnamese regulations for cosmetics, supplements, labeling and product distribution - English reading proficiency; Korean language ability is an advantage - Microsoft Word and Excel competency - Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, accountable, stress-tolerant Benefits: Social, health and unemployment insurance; professional training in regulatory affairs and procedures; professional work environment with direct collaboration with Korean partners and manufacturers.
