Position: Production Management Staff (Korean Language) Company: FURSYS VN Location: Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai, Vietnam Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Furniture and household goods manufacturing Korean language proficiency is a core requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage production schedules by process phase, ensuring alignment with overall production plans - Monitor production progress and compare actual results against planned targets - Identify production bottlenecks and support productivity improvement initiatives - Analyze root causes of production interruptions and implement corrective measures - Track finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory levels - Establish and manage optimal inventory levels, including safety stock - Control excess or insufficient inventory and improve inventory turnover rates - Ensure ERP system inventory data accuracy - Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and variance analysis - Manage delivery operations - Prepare reports and manage related data On-site role at the manufacturing facility in Nhon Trach.
