Tour Consultation Specialist (Korean Language) — PEAKTIME Vietnam LLC. Location: 144 Bach Dang Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Full-time. Salary 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND monthly. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver accurate tour and travel service information to clients via KakaoTalk messaging - Answer inquiries regarding tour packages, inclusions, pricing and itineraries in Korean - Assist clients in selecting tours matching their preferences and budgets - Monitor booking status and accommodate schedule modifications - Resolve customer issues promptly Requirements: - No prior experience necessary - TOPIK Level 3 or higher (reading comprehension prioritized; speaking fluency not mandatory) - Diligent, honest, proactive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility - Proficient Korean typing and Excel skills - CV submission in Korean required Benefits: Night shift allowance, 4-5 days monthly leave, full social insurance after 3-month probation, comprehensive training provided, holiday and Tet bonuses per regulations.
