Position: Management Accounting / Business Strategy Support (unexperienced applicants welcome, 7.5-hour workday). NHN JAPAN serves as the holding company for the NHN Group, overseeing subsidiaries including NHN PlayArt, NHN Tecoras, NHN comico, NHN Cloud Japan, and NHN Fukuoka. As a financial partner to the company and group subsidiaries, responsibilities include managing accounting, budget planning, cash management, and broader financial operations. Each team member maintains primary responsibility for one subsidiary while collaborating on consolidated financial work including settlement, budgeting, management accounting, and resource management. Key duties encompass actual performance tracking and business analysis, budget management, and executive reporting materials preparation. Required qualifications: practical accounting and finance experience; settlement response and budget management experience; Excel data compilation and analysis skills. Preferred: Japanese bookkeeping certification (Level 2 or above); Korean language business capability. Compensation: 4.5-6.5 million yen annually. Employment: full-time position, flextime with core hours 11:00-15:00. Complete two-day weekends. Location: Tokyo, Minato Ward, Nishi-Shinbashi.
