Vector Risk Management seeks an English–Korean bilingual for a foreign-owned Tokyo office in Shibuya (5-minute walk from Shibuya Station). The role is desk-based security system monitoring and risk management for South Korean operations: gathering information on disasters and disruptions (with no problem gathering information in Korean and reporting/analyzing in English), emergency response coordination, and English reporting to overseas teams. No field duties. Shifts: Day 7:30 AM–7:30 PM; Night 7:30 PM–7:30 AM (10 hours work / 2 hours break). Requirements: teamwork; FLUENT ENGLISH, KOREAN, AND JAPANESE; basic PC skills; calm demeanor.
