Operational Lead/ Tech Lead (Financial Systems - Korean Speaking)

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Lead to oversee system stability, guide technical teams, and drive service delivery in close alignment with client expectations. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines. - Experience: 5 to 10+ years in financial technology or enterprise software maintenance. - Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to core banking or ledger systems is highly desirable. - Engineering Skills: Strong hands-on backend background using C, C++, and database embedded SQL (Pro*C). - Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) accreditation is an advantage. - Core Competencies: Solid grasp of relational databases, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing architectures. - Languages: Professional working proficiency in English & Korean (oral and written). - Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven record in guiding software engineers; proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
