Outsystems Developer - Seoul/Korean KUP Co. Ltd., Hanoi Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using OutSystems platform. Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions. Develop reusable modules and components following best practices. Integrate OutSystems applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services. Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in architecture discussions and solution design activities. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders. Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution. Maintain high code quality and technical documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years professional software development experience. Minimum 3 years hands-on OutSystems development experience. Proven experience on enterprise-scale application development projects. Experience with international clients or global teams highly preferred. OutSystems Platform Skills: Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems 11, Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, LifeTime, Architecture Dashboard, Reactive Web Applications, Mobile Applications. Architecture & Best Practices: Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture and development best practices. Experience designing scalable, maintainable, reusable enterprise applications. Solid understanding of module architecture, dependency management, application lifecycle management. Ability to conduct technical impact assessments and propose solutions. System Integration: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, external database integration, enterprise backend systems, JSON/XML data processing, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, LDAP). Database & Performance: Strong SQL development and optimization skills. Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle. Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Experience with query tuning, performance monitoring, application optimization. Front-End Technologies: Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive Design, OutSystems UI customization. Development Process: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with application deployment through LifeTime. Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: OutSystems Associate/Professional/Expert Developer Certifications. Experience integrating with ERP platforms (SAP). Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Smart Factory domains. Experience with large-scale enterprise systems or multinational organizations. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-native architectures. Language Requirements: Good verbal and written English communication. Korean language proficiency in speaking, reading, or writing is a strong advantage. Previous experience with Korean clients or teams preferred. Familiarity with Korean working culture and business practices. Candidate Profile: Seeking candidates with 5+ years software development experience and strong OutSystems expertise. Can work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Experience delivering complex enterprise applications in production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
