Job Description ◆ Overseas Sales Position Using Japanese and Korean You will be responsible for sales activities to sell our products overseas (primarily in Korean-speaking regions). Specifically, this includes marketing, PR & proposals, quotation, delivery date management, complaint handling, sales activities including overseas business trips, preparation of export documents (in English), and communication with customers (telephone and email). You will also collaborate with internal assistant, technical, manufacturing, development, and quality control staff to meet customer needs and build trust, allowing you to handle tasks consistently with a degree of autonomy. Being directly involved from start to finish, and seeing the final products that you've sold actually in people's hands and eyes, gives you a real sense of accomplishment and the impact of your work on the world. Because we handle highly unique metal materials, you will typically spend the first 3 to 6 months after joining the company learning about our manufacturing processes and product knowledge while supporting senior colleagues' projects. Many of our senior employees joined the company with no prior knowledge of the industry or metals; they acquired their knowledge after joining. Many senior colleagues are available to answer questions about languages other than Japanese and Korean (such as English and Chinese), allowing you to acquire practical skills such as workflow, procedures, and points to note. We aim for you to become independent within approximately three years, and the entire team will provide support! [About the Clients] Our clients are primarily electronics manufacturers and semiconductor-related manufacturers in Korean-speaking regions. Most are existing clients, and there is no cold calling. However, when developing new markets, marketing activities may include attending trade shows and scheduling appointments for new business development. You will utilize two to three languages in your work, such as using Korean for requirements gathering, Japanese for delivery date confirmations with our own factory, and Japanese/English with delivery destinations depending on the situation. *There are overseas business trips of up to 1 week to 10 days, up to once a month. These trips are mainly to Korean-speaking regions. *While we will consider your preferences, there is a possibility of overseas relocation in the future.
