Industry: CAD design and gas supply equipment manufacturing. Employment Type: Full-time contract position. Location: Jakarta (Hybrid), open to relocation to South Korea. Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Salary: $22,548-$27,000 per year (USD). About the Role: Full-time position designing, planning, and overseeing plumbing systems for projects and client assignments. Responsible for creating efficient, compliant, and innovative plumbing solutions meeting international standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design comprehensive plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects compliant with local codes and international standards - Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts using CAD software - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies evaluating plumbing requirements and infrastructure - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams integrating plumbing into broader plans - Ensure designs optimize water efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness - Review and approve installations for adherence to design specifications and quality - Troubleshoot complex plumbing design challenges developing practical solutions - Stay current with emerging technologies, materials, and industry best practices - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates Required Qualifications: - Formal qualification or certification in plumbing design, mechanical engineering, or related discipline - Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing design for commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential projects - Proficiency with CAD software and plumbing design programs - Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, building regulations, and applicable international standards - Demonstrated expertise in water supply, drainage, and sewage system design - Understanding of hydraulic principles, pressure systems, and fluid dynamics in plumbing applications - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams - English proficiency; Korean language advantageous - Experience with sustainable and water-efficient plumbing design preferred
