Shanghai-based Pre-Sales / Field Application Engineer supporting the Korea market for RAID data storage solutions. Responsibilities: maintain in-depth knowledge of RAID data storage products (hardware, software, solutions) and stay current with industry trends, competitor products and emerging storage technologies; engage potential clients to understand technical requirements and collaborate with sales to propose suitable storage solutions; conduct customized product demonstrations and presentations; design customized storage solutions ensuring compatibility and scalability; create proposals, technical documentation and presentations; perform Proof of Concept (PoC) and recommend best practices; act as technical liaison addressing customer queries and providing post-sales support; build client relationships through the sales cycle and assist in organizing marketing events and partner roadshows; conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams; provide ongoing technical support during implementation and troubleshoot escalated issues with engineering teams. Requirements: fluent in Korean; bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; strong understanding of data storage technologies, RAID configurations, SAN/NAS/DAS solutions and cloud storage; excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences; customer-oriented mindset; willingness to travel and work on-site with sales teams and customers.
