Project Coordinator - Korean Speaking | FAIN INTERNATIONAL | Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Responsibilities: - Korean-Vietnamese interpretation for internal meetings, team briefings, and sales planning sessions. - Accompany the Korean manager to work with distributors, supermarket chains, and retail partners. - Translate documents in both directions: contracts, sales policies, pricing, product catalogs, sales reports, proposals, and presentations. - Ensure accurate communication between Korean leadership and Vietnamese staff. - Monitor and manage Sales GT & MT team progress: update plans, track milestones, remind on deadlines, and compile progress reports. - Support the sales team in preparing bilingual materials for presentations, negotiations, and partnerships. - Synthesize and translate market reports and competitor intelligence for Korean management. - Provide administrative support and inter-departmental coordination. Requirements: - Required: direct experience working with Sales GT & MT teams in cosmetics, functional foods, personal care, or FMCG. - Understanding of GT & MT distribution channels: distributor networks, dealerships, supermarket chains, display policies, and promotional programs. - Fluent Korean (TOPIK 5-6 equivalent), mastery of listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to interpret directly in meetings. - Industry terminology expertise (cosmetics, supplements, personal care) and GT/MT business terms. - Minimum 1-2 years of translation/interpretation experience; Korean company background preferred. - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Korean language, Korean studies, or a related field. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and task-tracking skills; quick, proactive, detail-oriented, and pressure-resilient. - Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to travel with Korean management.
