Project Coordinator (Korean Speaking)

Brightstar Viet Nam is a Korean company operating across IT, online financial services and webtoon content creation, and is hiring a full-time Korean Webtoon Project Coordinator to manage webtoon production operations at its office in Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Salary is 18,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND per month. Responsibilities: manage production schedules, allocate resources and track project progress; serve as the primary customer contact, receiving and implementing client feedback; ensure quality control and verify that customer requirements are met; evaluate, manage and coordinate freelancer teams for each project; monitor budgets, costs and profitability and manage freelancer payments; supervise team performance and resolve production issues; prepare operational reports, analyze production efficiency and forecast resource needs. Requirements: university degree in Economics or Languages; strong Korean language ability with TOPIK level 6 preferred; 1-2 years of experience in translation and interpretation or project coordination at Korean firms; excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred: experience with webtoon, comic, animation or digital content; aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual content quality standards; knowledge of Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint; prior experience with Korean clients or in a Korean production environment.
