This role manages projects for inbound HYBE group artists' Japan activities. Primary Responsibilities — Support: Information gathering and sharing, business planning, pre-visit meetings, arrangement coordination, COE/visa procedures, safety/security verification, schedule management for artist visits, personnel database maintenance. Operation: Artist and personnel movement management, venue/waiting area environmental management, on-site problem resolution, stakeholder communication. Command: Overall operational supervision and decision-making, schedule monitoring, issue response, cost settlement for Japan-based artist activities. Requirements: Business-level Korean (ビジネスレベルの韓国語スキル); strong understanding of Japanese media environment (日本の言論環境およびメディアに関する理解度が高い方). Preferred: Entertainment/media management experience; hotel/travel company background; event/project management experience.
