Proposal Associate

Proposal Associate at Shanghai Norwei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., based in Shanghai. Full-time, entry level, pharmaceutical industry, salary 10,000-20,000 RMB per month. Role summary: prepares customer proposals, budgets and RFP responses for medium-complexity projects; manages proposal execution and contract work throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely, compliant submissions aligned with customer requirements and internal standards. Key responsibilities: end-to-end proposal execution, managing proposals and RFPs from intake through submission, developing and finalizing client-facing budget grids, preparing client RFIs, coordinating inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts and subject matter experts, and managing timelines and submission milestones; contracts work including developing, reviewing and supporting negotiations of Letters of Intent, Startup Agreements, Project Agreements, Change Orders and other contracts, designing payment schedules and performing cash flow analysis; content assembly and compliance using approved templates, ensuring full alignment with customer requirements and escalating gaps and risks; process and quality management, applying proposal and contract processes consistently and meeting defined SLAs; tools and documentation, using proposal management tools and maintaining accurate records; stakeholder communication, partnering with Sales and Operations on requirements, timelines and expectations. Required qualifications: 1-3 years proposal and contract management or related experience; end-to-end proposal and RFP response management experience; contract drafting, rewriting and review expertise; client-facing negotiation experience preferred; strong written communication and project management skills. Languages: Korean fluent (required), Mandarin native (required), English fluent (required).
