Proposal Associate (Korean) — pharmaceutical services, based in Shenyang, full-time, entry level. Role summary: Prepares customer proposals, budgets, and RFP responses for medium-complexity projects under guidance. Executes proposals within established frameworks, ensuring timely, compliant submissions aligned with customer requirements and internal standards, and manages contract work throughout project lifecycles. Responsibilities: End-to-end proposal execution — manage proposals and RFPs from intake through submission for medium-complexity projects; develop, modify and finalize client-facing budget grids using pricing tools; prepare client RFIs in a timely manner; coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts and subject matter experts; manage timelines, dependencies and submission milestones. Contracts work — develop, review and support negotiation of Letters of Intent, Startup Agreements, Project Agreements, Change Orders and other contract forms; design payment schedules and perform cash flow analysis using pricing tools. Content assembly and compliance — assemble proposal content using approved templates and libraries; ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria; identify gaps or risks and escalate appropriately. Process and quality management — apply proposal and contract processes, standards and best practices consistently; ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy and compliance expectations; meet defined SLAs for proposal delivery. Tools and documentation — use proposal management and document tools effectively; maintain accurate proposal records, files and status updates. Stakeholder communication — partner with Sales and Operations on proposal and project requirements and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the proposal and contract lifecycle. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in proposal and contract management or a related field; end-to-end proposal or RFP response management experience; contract drafting, rewriting and review experience; client-facing negotiation experience preferred; strong written communication and project management skills. Languages: Korean fluent, Mandarin native, English fluent. Salary 10,000-20,000 CNY per month.
