Responsibilities include procuring goods and services according to purchase requests aligned with specifications, negotiating competitive supplier pricing, creating and managing purchase contracts that define buyer and seller responsibilities, maintaining adequate inventory levels for fabrication processes, monitoring purchasing costs for efficiency, identifying and developing new suppliers to improve quality and pricing, and managing purchase documentation including invoices and contracts. Required qualifications include fluency in either English or Korean in both written and verbal form, a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5, and a professional appearance and demeanour. Preferred qualifications include four or more years of fabrication or construction experience, ability to analyse drawings and calculate material quantities, strong mathematics skills, and immediate availability. New graduates are offered the Serang regional minimum wage.
