Position: Quality Assurance (IPC) Supervisor at PT Selatox Bio Pharma (Indonesia's first specialized botulinum toxin manufacturer). Location: Cikarang Timur, Jawa Barat. Full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days). Key Responsibilities: - Supervise In-Process Control (IPC) activities during manufacturing; ensure parameter compliance with specifications and SOPs - Review IPC results and ensure GMP requirement compliance - Ensure manufacturing activities comply with SOPs, batch records, GMP/CPOB regulations - Act as QA representative in production areas - Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records; maintain data integrity per ALCOA+ principles - Identify, manage, and investigate IPC-related deviations; perform root cause analysis - Develop and monitor CAPA implementation - Conduct IPC staff and operator training - Propose process improvements Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant field - Valid pharmacist license (STRA) if applicable - Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience - Quality Assurance experience, particularly In-Process Control or Production - Strong GMP/CPOB understanding - Proficiency in IPC, Deviation/CAPA/Change Control, Quality Risk Management, Data Integrity Advantageous Experience: Prior supervisory or team leader roles; English and Korean language fluency preferred.
