The AGI-DS team seeks a Korean Quality Auditor with meticulous attention to detail to perform systematic quality evaluations within the global Data Associate network and conduct manual reviews validating automated quality measurement systems, maintaining high data quality standards for AI development and training. Responsibilities: audit individual workflows and deliverables from Data Associates, provide coaching and calibration support for on-site Data Associate performance improvement, conduct detailed quality analysis and identify root causes, perform manual reviews to validate automated quality systems, document and report quality findings, conduct deep-dive investigations and escalation handling, maintain strict adherence to quality standards, collaborate with Quality Audit Specialists on process improvements. Basic qualifications: native-level Korean proficiency and business-level Japanese or English (reading, writing, speaking, listening); data annotation/operations or similar production-driven experience preferred; collaborative team environment experience.
