Applied Intuition powers physical AI infrastructure for autonomous systems across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture sectors. Founded 2017, valued at $15B, serving 18 of top 20 global automakers and U.S. military. Headquarters in Sunnyvale with offices worldwide including Tokyo (70+ employees from Google, Woven, LG, Samsung). The Tokyo office entered the Japan market in 2019 with strategic relationships among major Japanese automotive OEMs, located in the Otemachi area. Key Responsibilities: partner with business and engineering leaders expanding presence in Japan and Korea; independently manage full-lifecycle recruiting for sales, engineering, and administrative roles; utilize AI tools improving productivity; travel to HQ for initial onboarding and training. Required Qualifications: strong desire to work for a high-growth startup; excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English. Preferred Qualifications: Korean language proficiency; agency and in-house recruiting experience.
