Requirements: Proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience, hiring expertise in South Korea, North Korea, China, and Korean-speaking diaspora communities (North America, Central Asia, Japan), native/bilingual Korean proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, target-driven, independent work capability.
