Role: Performance-based remote recruiter position with referral fee structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify skilled professionals across various industries
- Refer experts to LLM data training projects
- Build candidate pipelines for remote, flexible opportunities
- Act as long-term talent partner
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience across multiple industries
- Experience hiring in South Korea, North Korea, China, and Korean diaspora communities (North America, Central Asia, Japan)
- Native or bilingual Korean proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, independent worker
Compensation: Referral fees per successful hire + perpetual income for duration of engagement
