This role serves as a critical bridge between corporate headquarters and the APJ market, with a primary focus on Japan while also supporting Korea and other APJ regions. Core Responsibilities: Adapt and localize global product messaging for Japanese and South Korean markets; create compelling external content translating technical value into business benefits; evangelize Okta solutions through speaking engagements, webinars, and customer briefings; empower sales teams and partners via comprehensive enablement and sales support; drive regional marketing initiatives and cross-regional support in ASEAN and ANZ as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; 10+ years SaaS business experience; 5+ years Product Marketing, Presales, or Technical Consulting; business-level or fluent proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. Preferred Qualifications: Identity and Access Management (IAM) knowledge; demonstrated ability translating technical concepts into digestible external messaging; strong presales/consulting background with deep customer technical understanding; exceptional project management execution of cross-functional initiatives; public speaking experience including keynotes, webinars, and partner events.
