About the Team: LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions supports innovation through informed decision-making and regulatory compliance. Role: The Research Analyst conducts web-based research analyzing global technology companies, institutions, and legal entities, identifying and validating patent ownership through analysis of corporate structures, mergers/acquisitions, company history, and business information across Korean and English sources. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research using Korean and English sources to validate patent ownership; analyze corporate structures, M&A, spin-offs, patent transactions; reconcile multi-source information; meet quality standards; communicate findings. Required Competencies: Strong Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, comprehension); strong English; analytical thinking; attention to detail; MS Office and web research tools. Bachelor's degree minimum.
