With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Research Associate - B2B Survey Team , you own the most critical step of every survey project: finding, qualifying, and activating the right respondents. Each project comes with a precise target and quota, and you turn that brief into completed, quality-checked responses on deadline. RESPONSIBILITIES • Review survey briefs and define target respondent profiles based on industry, company, function, seniority, and experience. • Source and engage qualified respondents through Arches’ database, LinkedIn, local platforms, and professional networks. • Screen and verify respondents against project requirements and compliance standards. • Track survey quotas, follow up with respondents, and drive completion within project timelines. • Maintain relationships with respondents and arrange follow-up interviews when requested by clients. QUALIFICATIONS Background • 1-3 years of experience in expert networks, consulting, market research, or any other related fields. • Language: Korean (Native) and English (Advanced) - Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC. • Additional language skills are a plus! Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City office with relocation support (including visa, flight, and initial 3-month accommodation).
