Position: Sales Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Establish and support current, medium, and long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Budget: Set up, review project budgets, and implement corrective measures for deviations
- New Business Acquisition: Identify sales opportunities for dedicated product ranges; research product feasibility for customers
- Sales & Engineering: Define product requirements with customers; manage commercial discussions per company policy
- Market Analysis: Analyze demand potential, technical requirements, and competitive landscape
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term strategic supplier relationships within customer organizations
- Customer Satisfaction: Process complaints, monitor satisfaction, and implement continuous improvement measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales
- Knowledge of automotive industry, APQP, and IATF 16949 standards
- Familiarity with GM, VW, Ford project development processes
- Willingness to travel domestically and throughout Asia
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient English communication; Korean language preferred
