Core Responsibilities: Partnership Sales - acquire new Japanese artists for the Weverse platform, maintain existing artist partnerships, conduct monthly reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communication, manage cross-functional project coordination. Promotion Planning & Execution - develop community operation strategies, design and execute Weverse-based promotional campaigns, implement fan engagement initiatives, conduct data-driven analysis and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 3+ years account management or project management experience in music/entertainment or advertising; hands-on experience from promotion planning through execution; understanding of fan communication platforms; strong stakeholder communication and cross-border coordination; adaptability in fast-changing environments with interest in music/entertainment/culture/social media; information synthesis and sharing (domestic and international); proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: active social media use tracking artists and trends; marketing strategy development and execution experience; SNS marketing knowledge and operational experience; business-level Korean language proficiency (ビジネスレベルの韓国語スキル).
