Senior Merchandiser for Denim Apparel (Korean Speaking) at Newtimes Group of Companies, Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area, Vietnam. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to verify order information, quality requirements, and packing instructions. - Monitor production issues and coordinate solutions to prevent delays. - Schedule and manage initial, inline, and final inspections with management and customer QA/QC. - Finalize shipment quantity discrepancies. - Generate monthly operational reports for merchandising team activities. - Supervise team members to meet departmental deadlines. - Maintain accountable, fair, and respectful work practices. Requirements: - University degree or higher. - Korean or Korean-speaking capability (required). - 5-8 years merchandising experience in garment manufacturing at senior level in a trading/buyer office. - Strong problem-solving skills with a documented track record. - Focused, proactive approach to resolving issues. - Fluent English communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred. - Advanced Excel skills. - Analytical thinking and risk detection capabilities.
