Senior Operations Executive (Korean Speaking)

LIKELION Vietnam is recruiting for Yellow Dr., a Korean foot healthcare brand, at 157/4 Nguyen Gia Tri, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City. Key responsibilities: - Oversee daily office activities and operations; develop administrative, HR and operational procedures - Build work procedures, reporting mechanisms and internal regulations - Establish and track departmental KPIs - Coordinate brand expansion plans in the Vietnam market - Manage operating costs, budgets and documentation - Report directly to Korean leadership Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (HR, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related) - Minimum 3 years management experience in healthcare, cosmetics or beauty - Good Korean communication, equivalent to TOPIK level 4, 5 or 6 (TOPIK 5-6 preferred) - Experience at Korean companies or reporting to Korean managers is a plus Benefits: competitive salary, 13th-month bonus, full insurance, career advancement to senior operations management.
