Senior Product Manager

Hyundai Autoever Indonesia is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Jakarta to lead digital product planning and execution for the New Biz team, focusing on cross-border collaboration between Indonesian developers and Korean development teams at Hyundai Autoever HQ. Key responsibilities: - Define product strategy, roadmap, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans - Lead collaboration between Indonesian and Korean development teams - Serve as the primary communication bridge between local and Korea-based stakeholders - Gather and prioritize requirements from local, regional, and HQ stakeholders - Align Indonesia and Korea teams on scope, priorities, technical constraints, timeline, risks, and release plans - Facilitate cross-country meetings, sprint planning, product reviews, and decision-making sessions - Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to release and continuous improvement - Ensure release readiness through QA, UAT, defect prioritization, and operational planning Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field - 5-8 years of experience in product management, digital service planning, IT delivery, or business analysis - Experience with cross-functional or multi-country software development teams - Strong capability to write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, QA, UAT, and release management - Business-level English communication skills - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, Slack, or Microsoft Teams Preferred qualifications: - Korean language communication ability - Understanding of cloud, API, data integration, security, privacy, and compliance requirements - Product or project certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL Seniority level: Mid-Senior.
