Position: Senior Specialist, Renewal Sales (South Korea)

Overview:
Join Concentrix as a Senior Renewal Sales Specialist focused on account management and revenue retention for health technology products serving the South Korea region from the Dalian office. Based in Dalian office, you will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in South Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex accounts and territories with health technology products/services
- Generate revenue through contract renewals, extensions, upsells, and expansions
- Develop and articulate customer value propositions through consultative selling
- Manage high-volume calling activities with proven sales track record
- Create sales funnels supporting quota attainment
- Achieve and exceed assigned quota targets and activity metrics
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Conduct prospect research to identify organizational structures and key decision-makers
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Deliver executive-level presentations
- Analyze competitor information to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and promptness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years account management or consultative sales experience managing renewals, upsells, or cross-selling
- Proven track record in high-volume calling within medical/pharmaceutical or engineering/manufacturing sectors
- Excellent fluency in Chinese, Korean, and English with cultural competency (business language liaison required)
- Strategic thinking with appreciation for complex sales cycles and executive-level engagement
- Strong consultative client engagement approach
- Results-driven with demonstrated sales target delivery
- Aptitude for learning and optimizing new technology and data systems
