Software Support Manager - Korean speaking

Keyloop bridges the gaps between automotive dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and buyers through digital transformation technology, and is hiring a Software Support Manager - Korean Speaking based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role leads the support transformation for the Korean market. Key responsibilities: build and develop a high-performing support team by recruiting, coaching and retaining talent; drive continuous improvement using data and AI insights and challenge existing processes; own the customer experience by managing escalations, building relationships and driving satisfaction and retention; ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved and analyze performance trends; partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams. Required qualifications: fluent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English; team leadership experience in a customer-facing environment; a background in software or technical support or customer operations; Microsoft Office proficiency; a degree-level qualification or equivalent preferred.
