Solutions Architect Automotive/Enterprise (Korean Speaking) at Mapbox, Tokyo. Must reside in Japan or South Korea. Fluent Korean and English (written and verbal) required. 5+ years in solutions architecture, customer-facing engineering, or consulting required. Responsibilities: partner with Sales to position Mapbox technical value; lead technical discovery to understand customer goals and requirements; design and present scalable architectures using Mapbox SDKs, APIs, and platform services; respond to technical RFI/RFQ with documentation and proposals; provide technical guidance during pre-sales cycles; deliver rapid enablement via workshops and demos; drive customer success and accelerate time-to-value; advocate for customer needs to influence product direction. Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering; GIS/geospatial/mapping experience; AWS/Azure/GCP experience; automotive industry expertise (navigation, autonomous driving, ADAS, software-defined vehicles).
