Core Responsibilities: - Partner with sales to position technical value and shape opportunities - Lead technical discovery with customers to understand goals and design scalable architectures using Mapbox SDKs and APIs - Respond to RFI/RFQ requests with technical documentation and proposals - Provide technical guidance during pre-sales, delivery of workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept activities - Accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value - Advocate for customer needs to product and engineering teams - Maintain current knowledge of mapping, mobility, and AI technologies Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in solutions architecture, customer-facing engineering, or consulting - Fluent Korean and English (written and verbal) - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering - Web and mobile technologies knowledge (JavaScript, Android, iOS) - Experience integrating back-end APIs with front-end SDKs - Strong business acumen and autonomous work capability - Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences Preferred Qualifications: - GIS, geospatial data, and mapping experience - AWS, Azure, or GCP expertise - AI technology experience - Technical RFI/RFQ response leadership - OEM and Tier-1 supplier collaboration - Automotive industry knowledge (navigation, autonomous driving, ADAS, software-defined vehicles) Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings - Resume and application submission in English
