The role supports popular Korean cosmetic brands in the Japanese market by managing inventory, shipping, and ordering balance. Responsibilities: monitor demand/shipping results and inventory status; calculate purchase order quantities; manage shipping schedules; visualize and communicate inventory/shipping status through daily/weekly monitoring; coordinate with Korean headquarters on ordering and delivery adjustments, with the supply chain team on inventory/shipping/logistics, and with sales teams on demand and promotional information; handle ordering and shipping operations, data updates, progress tracking, and irregular situations such as stockouts and excess inventory. Requirements: 1+ years professional experience, Korean-language business communication capability, Excel-based numerical management experience, and a background in inventory management, demand planning, or logistics.
