Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Company: Ferring Pharmaceuticals Location: Shanghai, China Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations - APAC Overview: Ferring Pharmaceuticals seeks a qualified Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its newly established in-house APAC team. The organization focuses on reproductive and women's health, gastroenterology, and urology. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to understand recruitment needs and suggest effective strategies - Execute end-to-end recruitment from intake meetings to offer acceptance - Source and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and industry networks - Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit - Monitor industry trends and competitor compensation to advise on competitive packages - Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate recruitment records - Support new hire onboarding for smooth organizational transitions Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree minimum - 4-5 years recruitment experience (recruitment agency or life sciences industry experience preferred) - Workday or similar ATS/HRIS proficiency - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English; Korean language is a strong advantage
