Position: Tech Center Consultant - Korean Company: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Location: Dalian, China Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days/week on-site at HPE office) Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver assigned technical tasks within project cycles - Create detailed technical designs meeting customer requirements - Install systems, update applications/firmware/drivers - Perform configuration, testing, and applications programming - Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations - Participate in customer meetings with minimal direction - Contribute to design solutions and technical deliverables - Maintain effective team and customer relationships Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years technical experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - Proficient in Korean Language (verbal and written) - Sufficient technical depth for individual deliverable responsibility - Problem-resolution capabilities on individual products - Technical documentation abilities - Cross-functional communication skills Key Competencies: Accountability, active learning, customer relationship management, design thinking, IT infrastructure knowledge, critical thinking, teamwork, business growth orientation, process improvements.
