Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft Tokyo, supporting Korean-speaking customers from Japan. Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Japan time with weekend on-call. Service area: Exchange, Teams & Skype, or SharePoint. Responsibilities: own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues through collaboration and troubleshooting; develop technical and professional proficiency via training; lead or participate in knowledge-sharing communities; identify product defects and escalate appropriately. Language requirements: Korean fluent in reading, writing, speaking (advanced business-level proficiency required); English strong reading, writing, speaking; Japanese strong reading, writing, speaking. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related plus 1+ years technical support/consulting/IT experience, OR 3+ years equivalent. Preferred: 3+ years supporting Exchange/EXO/Outlook, or SFB/Teams, or SharePoint/SPO. Full-time permanent position. Equal opportunity employer.
