Korean-speaking technical support specialist in Beijing for professional audio products. Provide Level 1/2 technical support via phone, email and digital channels; diagnose and resolve technical issues including escalations; support repair services and case management; build technical documentation; collaborate with global teams. Requires strong technical understanding of pro audio, 5+ years customer/technical support experience, excellent communication, MS Office and ERP/CRM proficiency, and fluency in the local language, English and Korean (written and spoken).
