【Role Overview】
Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) personalize blueprints for students' academic, extracurricular, and personal development, partnering with students and leading Crimson teams through the application process.
【Responsibilities】
・Create individualized admissions strategies and execute with Crimson team members
・Maintain expert knowledge of curricula, extracurriculars, summer programs, standardized testing
・Guide students/parents on best-fit school selection across competition levels
・Conduct bi-monthly formal consulting sessions with documentation
・Communicate with families via email and other channels
・Develop/present marketing materials for local market seminars
・Collaborate with Sales teams on Initial Consultations
・Assist with Product and Resource Development
【Required Skills/Experience】
・Bachelor's degree from top 20 US university or Oxbridge (exceptions for admissions consulting experience)
・Korean-speaking proficiency
・Strong preference for US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting experience at top universities
・Passion for coaching young adults with global perspective appreciation
・Superior planning/organizational skills; project management experience preferred
・Strong written/oral communication
・Stakeholder management abilities
・Resilience working independently under pressure in fast-paced environment
・Education, coaching, tutoring, admissions consulting experience preferred
