Main responsibilities: greet and welcome guests and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures; provide information about the resort's and the restaurants' services according to guest requests; handle and resolve guest complaints in cooperation with other departments; collect guest feedback and opinions about the quality of services provided. Requirements: height from 1m65 for male candidates and from 1m55 for female candidates; secondary education or above; friendly and open communication style together with a diligent, hard-working attitude; good conversational Korean (Tieng Han giao tiep kha) and basic conversational English (Tieng Anh giao tiep co ban); willingness to work on a shift-based schedule of 8 hours per day with one day off per week.
