Webtoon Production Manager (PD)

Webtoon Production Manager (PD) at PT. Manhwa Kita Culture, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. Full-time. PT Manhwa Kita Culture is a studio specializing in producing webtoon comics and digital content, seeking a Webtoon Project Manager fluent in Korean. Responsibilities: create and manage project schedules coordinating with artists and team members; manage and monitor in-house and freelance artists' daily, weekly and monthly targets; monitor webtoon project progress from start to finish; track completion and ensure timely schedule adherence; coordinate with partners and clients on submissions, progress, feedback and revisions; communicate client feedback to production teams and ensure proper revisions; maintain organized project files and documentation; verify artwork quality meets standards; identify production issues and follow up to keep projects on track; prepare translated scripts and storyboards for efficient team workflow. Requirements: webtoon production or project management experience preferred; fluent Korean written and spoken; understanding of webtoon production workflow; strong communication, coordination and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; detail oriented with problem solving ability; passion for webtoons, manga or similar content; Clip Studio Paint knowledge preferred; experience with Korean clients or webtoon studios is a plus.
