The Account Manager is the primary commercial contact, managing financial and contractual health of partnerships. Responsibilities: lead quarterly/project-based unit price negotiations ensuring cost-competitiveness and healthy margins; monitor Indonesian economic trends (fuel prices, exchange rates, tax regulations) to justify price adjustments; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and forecast demand; manage and resolve complex commercial issues including penalty claims, contract deviations, supply chain disruption; prepare monthly management reports on account profitability and roadmaps. Requirements: fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory); 7-10 years in Procurement, SCM, or Logistics within the Indonesian market; strong cultural intelligence and local business etiquette; proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analytics.
